ways that should adopt by Sana to address intrapersonal conflict given in the
scenario? Write at least five arguments to support your answer. 2*5= 10 Marks
Answer:
Sana
has intra-personnel conflict between her professional and personal life. Here
are some scenarios, by using then Sana can overcome to her conflict life.
1.
Define Priorities:
As per given scenario Sana have to analyze the top priorities of his life
between his personal and professional life. She must have to done important
tasks first and remaining later then she can manage her both lives.
2.
Others involvement:
Sana should have to involve other members in his routine work to reduce her
burden like to share her responsibilities with her spouse or with other family
members.
3. Define Limitations: Sana must have to set clear limitation between her professional and personal life. She must have o complete her office work in office and all home works at home and she must have not to mix both at all. This includes defining specific working hours, limiting after-work communication, and creating dedicated time for personal activities and family.

Communicate with other: Sana must have to communicate her issues with her
colleagues, supervisors as well as with spouse whom she faces in office or at
home. As communication is the best solution of many problems.

Diagnosis:
Sana must be diagnose the all key facts, that are responsible for life
disturbance and then she must resolve then and have to care herself and keep calm and have to change her nature
and hobbies of doing work and have to change her life style to overcome the
issues.
